Drying Rack Connector: An "Easy" Fix

My daughter dries some of her laundry on a rack. It's made of metal tubing and wire with plastic connectors to join the parts together. One of the connectors either broke or got lost. It wasn't easy to get an official replacement, but it was easy enough to make a replacement.
Measuring the diameters of the tubing and rack wires was the first step.
Launching a new OpenSCAD file and making some cylinders was the next step.
Printing a test piece and adjusting tolerances produced a final design and a successful piece to fix the rack.
Matching the original color didn't seem that important.
