Hover over each continent/region name to produce list of countries.

- Requiring hover is not what I am after.
- The method works but hover has to happen right to left to be easy, otherwise it is tough to clear before moving to the next item in the primary line of the menu.
- Positioning of the secondary, vertical list is fiddly.
