History Committee Charge: To record, archive and preserve the history of the organization Members: Recruiting Term: Chairperson and members will serve for one year. Members will be appointed or re-appointed at the first Board meeting after the annual Fall Conference    Duties of the Chairperson: To organize, store and make archives available to MassCUE members   Duties of the Members: To work with the chairperson as requested   Responsibilities include: •     Take photos at MassCUE events and submit them for upload onto the MassCUE server. •     Collect meeting agendas and minutes •     Make archived records available to members       Historian Committee Procedures   Design and maintain the history web page.   History committee members will have access to work on the web page.   Contact key people to provide photos following events. Ask event organizers to notify history committee in advance when events will be taking place Events may be SIG meetings, workshops, conferences, etc.   Update: following election of officers following appointments following events as needed
